PSPTF launches the 2023 – 2027 Strategic Plan

The 2023-2027 Strategic Plan for the Public Service Pension Trust Fund (PSPTF) has been officially launched.

According to PSPTF Board of Trustees Chairperson, James Daire Kumwenda, the Strategic Plan outlines ambitious goals that will propel the Fund to new heights.

“We will continue to prudently invest for the betterment of our members, innovate, embrace emerging technologies and best cooperate governance practices to enhance our services. We will prioritize member engagement, ensuring that our members’ voices are heard and their needs are met. We will strengthen our partnerships, collaborating with stakeholders to create a sustainable and prosperous future,” said Kumwenda.

Guest of Honour, Adwell Zembere who is the Director of Economic Planning in the Department of Economic Planning and Development (EP&D), congratulated the PSPTF Board of Trustees for bringing the Fund thus far as evidenced by a number of investments. He also pledged continued support from the Government through Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs towards successful implementation of the strategic plan and effective operations of the Fund.
